Masking the canopy and the overhead console. Drilled additional holes for the clecos. Applied Sika Primer to both sides. Used Sikaflex 295 for bonding.
Positioned the overhead console. squeezed out the sikaflex, inserted clecos. Used tongue depressor for making a fillet around the overhead console.
Removed the masking tapes. Let cure for the next 48 hours.
Once cured i will cover the flanges with a glass fiber and epoxy hopefully creating a straight line and a smooth transition to the carbon fiber. Final finishing will be done in the paint shop
